A busy stretch of the M20 will see three consecutive nights of closures across the end of the week as part of ongoing works. National Highways crews are completing repairs and maintenance on the motorway between Junction 8, for Leeds Castle and Maidstone, and Junction 9, for Ashford.

Works began at the start of September and require phased overnight closures to be completed. The next stage of works will take place on the coastbound carriageway, starting from Friday, September 20 for three back-to-back nights.

Each night, this stretch of the M20 will shut from 8pm until 6am the following morning. During this time, crews will complete concrete repairs and carriageway maintenance, with the closures necessary to complete the works safely.
