A CCTV image has been issued following the theft of a phone from a shop in Tunbridge Wells. Kent Police are investigating two incidents at a Vodafone store, where devices are reported to have been prised from their displays.

It is reported that on October 4, an iPhone was stolen after a man accompanied by a teenage girl entered the premises in Calverley Road. The suspect was seen again on October 30, when it is alleged he tried unsuccessfully to steal another phone and left the store after being challenged by staff.

Police now want to speak to the man pictured who they say may have important information. Anyone who recognises him has been asked to call Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/192361/24.
