KFC Says ‘Sorry’ To Customer Whose Gravy Pot Told Her To F*** Off

The one thing that could make a date at KFC worse than being on a date at KFC is your order telling you to f*** off - but that’s exactly what happened to Emma Sneesby.

On a romantic night out to the drive through at Hollywood Park, near Barrow, Cumbria, with her beau, Bradley Waddington, her order of warm gravy came with the profane message printed on the label.

The white label on the lid of the gravy pot read, “Gravy Prep 3/10/15 f*** off 3.31pm MUST USE BY 3/10/15 9.31pm”.

Unimpressed, Emma posted a photo of the label to Facebook (but has since taken it down). She wrote, “Just been through KFC drive through in Barrow-in-Furness and find THIS printed on the gravy!

“Absolutely appalling behaviour! If this is what they give to customers God knows what else they are doing!

"I will be writing one of my famous letters over this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

KFC rushed to offer an apology and compensation, with a spokesperson saying, “We are very sorry for the customer’s experience and have offered a gesture of good will as an apology. We are currently investigating and have reminded staff that behaviour like this is unacceptable.”

Still, at least she knew the gravy was fresh.
