If you've ever watched Keeping Up With the Kardashians, you know that the Kar-Jenners live in some seriously Insta-worthy homes. One estate you won't be seeing in future seasons, though? Khloé's Calabasas mansion. The reality star and Good American founder is selling her Mediterranean-style home for $18,950,000 million.
In an exclusive episode of Real Talk on IGTV, Tomer Fridman announced a new listing he has in the works. While he didn't confirm the owner of the home, the details and photos he shares in the episode reveal that it's Khloé's. One giveaway Fridman mentions is that home, along with its owner and"her sister who lives down the street" were featured on the cover of Architectural Digest. Khloé's home appeared on the cover of AD in March 2016. She was also on the cover with her sister, Kourtney, whose house is featured in the issue, too. Both homes were designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard.
The house has quite a star-studded history, too: Previously, Eddie Murphy bought the home for his ex-wife Nicole. Then, Justin Beiber lived in it. After purchasing the home from Justin Beiber for $7.2 million in 2014, Kholé has renovated the 11,000-square-foot mansion. It's located in a super private neighborhood—to get to the mansion, you need to go through two gates. It features eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a private hiking trail. Just under 2 acres, the property sits on Malibu Canyon. So the view from the massive yard (with a pool) is absolutely stunning.
What's Khloé's next real estate move? She's planning on moving into a bigger home, a source told E!News.
