Khloe Kardashian says she's 'focusing on herself' as she shares laidback holiday snaps with daughter True

Isobel Frodsham

Khloe Kardashian said she is taking time to focus on her "mind," "body" and "soul" as she posted a series of holiday photographs with her daughter True.

The reality star, 35, shared images of herself on a beach in a blue bikini, hat and light blue robe while True, 16 months, plays in the sand.

In the post, Kardashian said: “This summer I have been focused on ME. Me from within. Mind. Body. Soul,” and later added: “My beach baby and me” with the photos of her daughter.

Fans flocked to praise the mother-of-one on her figure, with one commenting: “You are too cute Khloe you look amazing, just gorgeous. That core is tight and those workouts got you looking on point! Baby True is such a cutie.”

Her posts come after a tumultuous year which saw her split from her ex-partner and father of True, Tristan Thompson, 29.

The pair broke up when it was revealed that Thompson kissed Jordyn Woods, 21, while at a party in February. Woods was previously the best friend of Kardashian’s half sister, Kylie Jenner, 22, and a model for Kardashian’s fashion label, Good American.

"I’m too busy raising my beautiful baby and securing that to hate any individual. Sweet True has always looked like her daddy. She’s beautiful!!”

Thompson previously wrote an emotional post to Kardashian on her birthday in June, describing her as the "most beautiful human" he had met.

World is on the brink of a coronavirus pandemic, warn virologists, as four more cases emerge in Britain

Four new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in the UK on Sunday, as experts warned of an impending pandemic with parts of Italy in lockdown after a massive rise in the number of new infections there. The new British patients had all been passengers on board the Diamond Princess cruise ship and were in quarantine in The Wirral when they fell ill, having returned from Japan on Saturday. It emerged on Sunday that the patients had been tested while in Japan, but the results were not received until Sunday morning, by which point they were back in the UK. They have now been transferred to specialist NHS infection centres. Of the four people who tested positive for coronavirus, two patients are in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield, one is in the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and a fourth was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle, NHS England said. Professor Keith Willett, NHS strategic incident director for coronavirus, said: "These specialist centres are well prepared to deal with cases and earlier this year, the Newcastle unit successfully treated and discharged two patients who had contracted the virus." It brings the total number of UK cases to 13, and comes as the European threat from coronavirus dramatically increased, with three deaths in northern Italy following the diagnosis of more than 152 cases.

Belgian carnival defies calls to cancel parade with Jewish caricatures

A satirical Belgian carnival parade decried by Israel's foreign minister as "hateful" went ahead on Sunday despite being withdrawn from the United Nation's list of recognised cultural events over accusations of racism and anti-Semitism. After a float in 2019 featured caricatures of ultra-Orthodox Jews standing with bags of money, organisers in the city of Aalst faced calls to cancel the centuries-old parade, which was included on UNESCO's cultural heritage list in 2010. Israel's Foreign Minister Israel Katz said on Twitter on Thursday: "Belgium as a Western democracy should be ashamed to allow such a vitriolic anti-Semitic display," calling on authorities to ban "this hateful parade".
