A Canadian family welcomed a puppy into their ranks on November 6, triggering tears of joy from the two children.
Ottawa locals Barry and Erin Seller decided to surprise their boys Levi, 11, and Blake, eight, after they had “been asking for a dog for years,” Erin Seller told Storyful.
“We knew the boys would be excited but couldn’t have imagined their reactions!” she said.
This video, shot by Seller, captures the moment she, and her husband, introduced the puppy, an Australian Labradoodle named Tuukka, to the boys. She said they named the pooch after Boston Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask.
“He’s a sweet little pup who loves to cuddle and the boys are over the moon!” Seller said. Credit: Erin Seller via Storyful
