Kim Cattrall talks Trump’s Sex and The City cameo and cast feud on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories

Kim Cattrall discusses Donald Trump's Sex and the City cameo and her highly-publicised feud with fellow cast members on the latest episode of Piers Morgan's Life Stories.

The US actress is the latest star to dissect her showbiz career with the help of the headline-making host, opening up about her tension with Sarah Jessica Parker over the scrapped third Sex and the City film.

She also told Morgan that the now President of the United States Trump "did his own make-up" for the programme and wouldn’t let "anyone touch his hair".

“He didn’t want anyone to touch his hair. He did his own make-up which was decidedly orange, it’s true. It hasn’t been enhanced, that’s Donald,” she revealed.

Cattrall also denied that the former reality TV star had ever tried to make a move on her, telling Morgan: “I think I’m too smart for him”.

Morgan said: “I can't imagine, knowing Donald Trump as I do, that he would be in the same room as you for very long without suggesting that maybe you…”, to which Cattrall replied: “Never. I think I'm too smart for him actually. He knows he wouldn’t have a chance.”

As for her decision not to do a third Sex and the City movie, the 61-year-old denied reports in the press that she had been ‘demanding’ or a ‘diva’.

“This is really where I take to task the people from Sex and the City and specifically Sarah Jessica Parker, is that I think she could have been nicer. I really think she could have been nicer. I don't know what her issue is,” she explained.

"The thing that still bothers me is this feeling of being in some way made to be the baddie. I never asked for any money, I never asked for any projects, to be thought of as some kind of diva is absolutely ridiculous."

Piers Morgan’s Life Stories with Kim Cattrall airs on Monday, October 23 at 9pm on ITV.
