Now it has been reported that the mother-of-two is planning to have a “very quiet” birthday celebration this year, with Kim turning 36 this Friday [October 21st].
Speaking to E! News, a source explained: “Kim’s birthday is going to be a very quiet celebration this year. She has no plans on making a big bash. She will have an intimate birthday with her immediate family.
"She is not in any celebrating mood yet. Kanye [West] is trying to do whatever he can to make her feel better, but it’s just the constant memories of the robbery that keep on messing with her. She just wants to be around her family at this time.”
The news comes after Kim’s assistant and close friend, Steph Sheppard, shared a note on Kim’s app that revealed that the star was planning to have some “much needed time off”.
The handwritten note explained: “Hey group, so you may have noticed we haven’t updated the app in a couple weeks. Keeks is taking some much needed time off.
"But not to worry we’ve called upon Kim’s closest friends, fam and yours truly to save up some exclusives. Stay tuned for new posts and app takeovers!! Thank you so much for your support for my girl. Love you, mean it!”
Kim has not publicly commented on the harrowing raid but her mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Khloe Kardashian, have confirmed that she “isn’t doing too good”.
