Kim Kardashian West and her husband Kanye West were reportedly the victims of theft again on Friday, with the couple's car being burgled in the early hours of this morning.

The incident was first reported by TMZ, and E! News later confirmed that two suspects had targeted the couple's Bel Air mansion early today (October 21). The Los Angeles Police Department reported that authorities had been notified of a motor vehicle theft at around 5am PT.

According to the LAPD, a witness saw one suspect enter and exit a vehicle before fleeing with a second suspect who was hiding in some bushes, and it has been confirmed that the first suspect took personal items from the car. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

News of the incident follows just over a year after Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint by armed robbers dressed as police in Paris.

The thieves stole £8.5m worth of jewellery, including the engagement ring Kanye West proposed with, and Kim later shared details of the full horrifying experience on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

"They asked for money and I said, 'I don't have any'. Then I saw a gun in clear view," she recalled.

"I asked [the concierge], 'Are they going to kill us? Are we going to die?' I was crying and told him to tell them I have babies.

"Then they duct-taped my face to make sure I couldn't yell and they grabbed my legs."

Thankfully, it seems this latest incident wasn't as serious as the Paris robbery, and Kim has since been sharing posts on Twitter and documenting her workout on Snapchat.
