Kim Kardashian reveals exact moment she fell in love with Kanye West

Last night, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ 10th anniversary special aired in the States, with the feature seeing the famous family sit down for a candid chat about their 10 years in the spotlight.

Dissecting all of the biggest aspects of the popular reality show, Kim Kardashian also opened up about her relationship with Kanye West – recalling the exact moment that she fell in love with the rapper.

Despite meeting in 2002, Kim and Kanye didn’t start dating until 2012 – with Kanye claiming that he was desperately trying to steal her from her ex, Kris Humphries, before their ill-fated marriage in 2011.

In fact, Kim has now confessed that she regrets not giving Kanye a chance sooner, with the reality star only giving in to his advances after she and Kris split.

Speaking about the first moment that they met, Kim shared: “I met him in 2002 or 2003; he was recording a song with Brandy and I was her friend.

“I vividly remember hanging out with him. They did a video together so I’d seen him a few times. I remember he was asking his friends ‘Who is this Kim Kar-de-jon?’ He didn’t know what my name was and it was really cute.”

When asked about Kanye pursuing her when she was engaged to Kris, Kim continued: “I can’t remember. Right before I got married to Kris Humphries we were talking and I just went in a different direction.

“I think I had to go through that to figure out what I wanted.”

She added: “After my break up I was feeling really low and down and he was like: ‘Just come to Paris and see my fashion show.’

“He jokes that he put on this whole fashion show just to get a date with me.

“I went and I stayed with him and that’s when we started dating. I swear from the moment I landed and was there, I fell madly in love with him and I thought ‘Oh my God, why didn’t I do this sooner?’

“This is like what real life is like and love and fun and real support. This is what it is.”

Kim and Kanye tied the knot in 2014 and have two children together, four-year-old North and 21-month-old Saint, and are reportedly expecting their third child via surrogate early next year.
