Kim Kardashian has shared a completely naked throwback shot just days after becoming a mother for the third time.

The snap shows the reality queen with her breasts pixelated and a strategically placed duvet covering the rest of her body.

Earlier on Thursday evening, Kardashian shared a snap of her perched on the hood of a silver car wearing only a crop top and knickers.

Fans were quick to reply to Kardashian in awe of her images, quickly worshipping her figure.

The 37-year-old recently welcomed her third child with rapper husband Kanye West into the world via a “gestational carrier”.

The as-yet-unnamed baby girl arrived on Monday, with Kardashian announcing the birth on her website and app.

On Thursday, Kardashian opened up about the “immediate bond” with her daughter and the decision to use a surrogate.

Posting on her website, Kardashian wrote: “The connection with our baby came instantly and it's as if she was with us the whole time. We are so excited to finally welcome home our baby girl.”

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star continued: “Having a gestational carrier is definitely different, but anyone who says or thinks it’s the easy way out is completely wrong.

“People assume it’s better because you don’t have to deal with the physical changes, pain or complications with delivery, but for me it was so hard to not carry my own child, especially after I carried North and Saint."
