Kim Kardashian has sparked speculation over her newborn baby’s name after sharing a photo of the Louis Vuitton logo on her Instagram.

The reality star, who welcomed her third child with rapper Kanye West on Monday, has set the baby name rumour mill in motion with her post, prompting many fans to believe they’ve cracked it.

Popular guesses include “LV West”, “Louis West” and even “Vuitton West” as fans of the famous family keep an eye out for clues.

But the post could be entirely unrelated to her new arrival and, instead, a tribute to designer Kim Jones who, on Wednesday, announced he was leaving the fashion house after seven years at the helm.

Elsewhere, there has been some speculation that the baby could be named after West’s late mother Donda, who died in 2007.

According to RadarOnline, Kardashian isn't too keen on the name and is pushing for something else.

The publication also claims that Kardashian had been battling with sister Kylie Jenner – who is rumoured to be expecting a baby with boyfriend Travis Scott – for the name “Love”.

Jenner has yet to confirm or deny rumours of her pregnancy but another member of the famous family definitely expecting is Khloe Kardashian, who went public with her news in December 2017.

Kardashian and West used a surrogate to have their third child after Kardashian’s placenta accrete caused serious complications during her labour with Saint, now two.

The 37-year-old announced the birth on her app, saying: “Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl.

“We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care.”

The statement continued: “North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister."
