Kim Kardashian won't rule out running for US president
There have been plenty of people calling for Oprah Winfrey to stand for US president, but while the talkshow host/entrepreneur/tv producer/author isn't interested, another world-famous woman may pick up that baton.
While she didn't exactly sound thrilled about the prospect, Kim Kardashian West has refused to rule herself out of the running.
Kim for President? "Never say never," @KimKardashian tells CNN's @VanJones68 on 'The Van Jones Show,' airing Saturday at 7 p.m. ET https://t.co/TA2E96Qw2c pic.twitter.com/ebZ1E7mZiD

Quizzed by CNN, Kim uttered those immortal celeb words when totally hedging (or just looking to avoid the question): "Never say never."
Asked by Van Jones if she would ever run for office, Kim said: "Oh, oh I don't think that's even on my mind."
Van then pointed out: "Trump's president! It could happen."
Kim replied: "I know, that's why Kanye loves him. The idea that anything can happen."
Van pushed: "So, can anything happen with..."
And FINALLY Kim said: "I guess, never say never. But that's not going to be like, 'Kim's running'.
"That's not where I am. That's not what I'm going for. I just wanna help, starting one person at a time.
"I think sometimes if people would put their personal feelings aside and talk about really important issues that have to be discussed, then so much more can get done."
Kim recently met with Donald Trump to advocate on behalf of Alice Marie Johnson, a woman who was given a life sentence for her first drug offence.
So grateful to @realDonaldTrump, Jared Kushner & to everyone who has showed compassion & contributed countless hours to this important moment for Ms. Alice Marie Johnson. Her commutation is inspirational & gives hope to so many others who are also deserving of a second chance.

Trump commuted the sentence, and while many welcomed the decision, Van over at CNN did raise the possibility that the president had been "using" Kim, a claim she denies.
"I was working on this before," she said.
"I don't think I would be used. At the end of the day, he heard me out. We got the job done. What could he really use me for?"
Of course, Kim's husband Kanye West controversially appears to support Donald Trump, which doesn't please many of his fans, including his pal John Legend.
