King Family Joins Washington March for Voting Rights on MLK Day

The family of Martin Luther King Jr led a march for voting rights in Washington on Monday, January 17.

The march, organized by Deliver Voting Rights, called for Senate action on the voting rights bill. According to the organization’s website, a press conference was planned for Union Station on Monday afternoon with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and representatives from national and grassroots partner organizations.
