The October meeting of Kirkmahoe SWI was a keep fit session.

Andrea Haggerty put the ladies at ease by saying that it would be at a level to suit their ability, and if anyone wanted, they could do the excercises seated. Amid much laughter, and groans, everyone enjoyed the night, even singing along to the music and all felt pleased by what they had managed.
