Kit Harington has revealed that he hasn’t even spilt the beans on Game of Thrones spoilers to wife Rose Leslie about the final season, despite her formerly being a part of the show.

The 31-year-old actor admitted that he “likes walking around knowing no one knows” what happens and won’t let any information slip to Leslie, who starred as Harington’s love interest up until 2014.

Speaking to Esquire, Harington explained: “I chose not to tell [Rose]…for this I was like I’m not telling anyone. I don’t think she’s guessed it right yet.”

The actor also told how despite fans being upset he is ready to leave Jon Snow behind and is not keen on appearing in any spin-offs of the show.

He explained: “I have no desire to go back and do any more of that show… I have such a fond place I my heart for that show.

“For a good month afterwards I just burst into tears randomly. I can’t think of a better job to have in your 20s then to play Jon Snow.”

In a bid to move on with his career, Harington also teased that he has potentially thrown his hat into the ring for the role of Batman, taking over from Ben Affleck.

He added: “It would be awesome to play Batman. I love the director who’s doing the next ones as well.”

It appears Harington is not the only member of the cast to reveal the extreme lengths the actors involved go to in a bid to prevent spoilers from leaving.

Sophie Turner recently told how the cast is so adamant all plot lines remain under wraps they committed to shooting fake scenes as a decoy from the paparazzi.

Speaking to Vulture, the X-Men Apocalypse star said: “The secrecy is crazy. We have a whole different name for it when we’re shooting it.

“I think this season it was like The Tree of Life or something.”

Turner, who plays Sansa Stark on the hit show, explained that they even have a “drone-killer” that prevents any drones from attempting to fly over the set.
