Kourtney Kardashian has announced that she's undergone "urgent" surgery to save the life of her unborn child.
It was announced earlier this week that Kourtney's husband, Travis Barker, had to abruptly leave his band Blink-182's European tour to tend to a personal matter, at the same time as it was reported Kourtney had been in the hospital.
The star of Disney+'s The Kardashians has now posted on Instagram that Travis had left his tour to join her at the hospital, where she was receiving serious prenatal care.

"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life," Kourtney wrote on Instagram. "I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this."
The reality star explained that she had to undergo "urgent fetal surgery" to preserve her pregnancy.
"I don't think anyone who hasn't been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear," she wrote. "I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.
"Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing."
Travis subsequently confirmed he will re-join Blink-182 later this week, writing on Twitter/X: "God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday."
The couple previously made headlines for the creative way Kourtney announced her pregnancy to Travis. She wore a T-shirt with the words "Travis I'm pregnant" while attending one of his concerts.
The pair have been very open about their fertility struggles on The Kardashians, having turned to alternative methods when in vitro fertilisation (IVF) didn't work.
Travis has since discussed naming options for the baby in an interview with his 17-year-old daughter, Alabama Barker, where he pitched 'Rocky Thirteen' as an option that's been "going through [his] head lately".
Kourtney, who has three children from her relationship with Scott Disick, recently gave fans an intimate look at her May 2022 wedding in the Kardashians spinoff show 'Til Death Do Us Part: Kourtney and Travis.
'Til Death Do Us Part: Kourtney and Travis is now available to stream on Disney+ internationally and on Hulu in the United States. The Kardashians seasons 1-3 are also available to stream now on Disney+.
