Reality TV star Kris Jenner claims she knew of a death threat made by model Blac Chyna against her daughter Kylie Jenner, describing it as “some drama” in a $100 million lawsuit against her family.

The 66-year-old matriarch of the Kardashian family was asked if Chyna, 33, had ever threatened Kylie, 24, and initially she told Los Angeles Superior Court she did not recall the incident.

But shown an earlier deposition in the case when she said Kylie and her rapper ex-boyfriend Tyga had told her of the threat, Jenner replied: “That basically was what Kylie and Tyga told me - Kylie was dating Tyga at the time. I believe that’s where this aggression was coming from.”

She added: “I probably thought it was just some drama, which I’m used to.”

Jenner also described an alleged attack by Chyna on Tyga when they were dating, saying: “I just heard that he was physically abused and fought with her a lot and I thought there was a knife cut on his arm.”

Jenner said she was “excited” when son Rob became engaged to Chyna, and when asked “you were excited your son was engaged to a woman who threatened to kill your daughter?”, she replied: “I wouldn’t put it like that.”

Jenner and Kylie are being sued alongside Kim and Khloé Kardashian over claims they tried to ruin her celebrity career and force her show Rob & Chyna off the air in 2016.

Chyna is seeking damages for “defamation, intentional interference with contract, and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage”, allegations the Kardashian family deny.
