Kris Jenner Wouldn't Swap Her Family's Success For More Privacy

The Kardashians are arguably the most famous family in the entire world, with the huge clan documenting their daily lives in their hit reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, for all of the world to see.

It’s pretty safe to say that there is very little that we don’t know when it comes to this family.

Still, matriarch Kris Jenner insists that she wouldn’t swap the fame and fortune their reality show has brought them for anything – not even a little more privacy, although she does admit that it would be nice to deal with the more negative aspects of life away from prying eyes.

Speaking about her family’s success, Kris explained: “We’ve been doing the show for nearly a decade, and since the show started we’ve opened up our homes to everyone and invited people into our lives, which means showing you the good along with the bad.

“As people got to know us through years of watching the show, we found that it wasn’t really possible, nor would it be authentic to who we are and what the show is all about, if we tried to keep things from being filmed.

“There are moments that you wish could be a little more private, but the show has opened up so many doors to so many incredible opportunities, and I wouldn’t change that for anything.”

In recent years the family have had to publicly deal with huge personal issues, such as Kris’s ex-husband, Caitlyn Jenner’s, transition, Khloe Kardashian’s ex husband, Lamar Odom’s, near death experience, and Rob Kardashian’s controversial relationship with family nemesis, Blac Chyna.

As the head of the family, Kris has worked extremely hard to manage her six children’s careers as well as their own, with the star going on to tell Paper magazine that she always aims to finish work by 5pm each day.

She added: “Some days that is more successful than others! I’m so lucky that my kids all live nearby so we are always spending a lot of time together.

“I love to have family dinners, barbecues or movie nights with my grandkids. A lot of the time we’re all moving at a million miles a minute, so it’s important to slow down, relax and enjoy the greatest pleasures in life: my wonderful friends, my amazing children and my beautiful grandkids.”
