Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards, 51, posted a new bikini selfie on Instagram.
The reality star looks toned from head to toe, and her abs are abs-olutely ripped.
Kyle committed to working out six days a week after turning 50, and her routine includes cardio and low impact moves.
Kyle posted a mirror selfie from Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, in Los Cabos. In the photo, she's wearing a white bikini and carrying a beach bag. Both are cute, but her six-pack abs are the clear star of this pic. She added the oh so humble caption: "Felt cute, might delete later ..."
Based on the reactions from her fans and followers, this pic is a keeper. Housewives chimed in with tons of compliments, natch. Brandi Glanville wrote, "Hot Momma!!!!" Teddi Mellencamp added, "Oh hey now." One fan wrote, "Thought it was your daughter!"
Nope, it's all Kyle. She has been working out more (at 51!) than ever before and it shows. (Btw, she says she's living her best life RN thanks to her healthy eating and exercising habits.) She works out Monday through Saturday and takes Sundays off. Her go-to routines include cardio and low-impact workouts in her tricked-out home gym and outside.
“For me, if I want to feel good and, you know, if I’m stressed, it’s exercise, exercise, exercise,” Kyle told US Weekly. She's a fan of a range of different workout classes including boxing and SoulCycle as well as spending lots of time in nature with her fam.
Earlier this summer her hubby Mauricio Umansky posted a photo on Instagram showing off their home gym. It has a treadmill, Peloton bike, weight set, and a workout bench. But, Kyle prefers fresh air cardio and goes hiking and biking with friends and family.
