Lady Gaga fell off the stage during a performance in Las Vegas on Thursday night.

The popstar, 33, was being carried by a fan when he lost his footing and the pair fell down.

In footage from the show, which is part of her Enigma residency, fans can be seen gasping in shock after the pair fall, before Gaga says: “Everything’s ok, everything’s ok. What’s not ok is we need some stairs for the stage to get back up.”

Checking in with the fan, she says: “Are you alright? It’s fine, it’s not your fault. I suppose we should have some tea after that, f***. That was a fall!

She adds: "Can you promise me something? Could you forgive yourself for that happening? It takes two to tango.”

The fan told Gaga he had been a fan of hers for 11 years, to which she responded: “I think that’s amazing. Eleven years and we love each other so f***ing much we fell off the stage. I’ve fallen off the stage before…you know what we did? We fell into each other’s arms. We’re like Rose and Jack from the Titanic.”

After the show, Gaga posted photographs of herself recovering in an ice bath, hot bath and compression suit.

Gaga previously fell off her piano while performing You and I at a concert in Houston, USA, in 2011. Ever the professional, Gaga worked the fall into her performance and carried on singing.

The Enigma residency has been at the Park MGM in Las Vegas since December 2018. The first leg finished in February this year and the second run took place from May to June.

It is scheduled to run intermittently until May 2020.
