Lady Gaga says $30 million Oscars diamond was confiscated by security during post-ceremony fast food trip
Lady Gaga dazzled at the Oscars in 2019, not least because she picked up the gong for Best Original Song and gave a very memorable performance with A Star Is Born co-star Bradley Cooper, but also quite literally as she wore a world famous 128-carat diamond.
The Tiffany Yellow Diamond, which is said to be worth $30million, was sported by Audrey Hepburn during a publicity shoot for Breakfast at Tiffany's and was loaned to the Bad Romance hitmaker for the big occasion.
Naturally, security followed her around the event but were left in a panic when she left the ceremony without informing them.

Speaking on The Graham Norton Show on Friday, she shared: “I didn't tell anyone, I just left and Tiffany started freaking out. They were like 'She's gone! She's left with the diamond!'."
The singer, real name Stefani Germanotta, shared they eventually caught up with her but had to intervene when she was trying to wear it to fast food joint Taco Bell.
She added: "Actually I went to go hang out with Madonna at her manager's house and I got to the house and I was just chilling with Madonna while all these security guards just side-eying me from any corner of the room. When I hugged anyone they'd get a little closer to check it was still on.
"Then I left and wanted to go to Taco Bell and all of a sudden the car got pulled over by Tiffany's security and it was very politely removed from my neck."
Gaga's interview comes as she's just released her sixth studio album, Chromatica.
Her collaboration with Ariana Grande, Rain On Me, has debuted at Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart in the UK and has also claimed a record with the biggest opening week of steams for a female collaboration.
