Lady Gaga is returning to the big screen. After her Oscar-nominated performance in Bradley Cooper's A Star Is Born, the singer and actress is now appearing alongside Adam Driver and an A-list cast in House of Gucci, which is centered on one of fashion's most famous families.

Directed by Ridley Scott, the feature focuses on the murder of fashion designer Guccio Gucci's grandson Maurizio Gucci. Here's what we know so far about the upcoming film.

In the second trailer for House of Gucci, viewers get a glimpse into Lady Gaga's portrayal of Patrizia Reggiani—and her doomed marriage to Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver). We have a feeling this trailer will quickly birth a thousand memes.

Gaga will have an Italian accent in the film.

The first trailer for House of Gucci showcases all the glitz, glamour, and drama that the upcoming Ridley Scott film is sure to provide. Lady Gaga steals the show with her coy and cunning depiction of Patrizia, not to mention her Italian accent. Watch it below.

The star shared an official poster for the production on Instagram, featuring herself in costume, wearing glamorous all-black attire, a netted veil, and deep-red lipstick.

Lady Gaga plays Maurizio Gucci's ex-wife.

Gaga is playing Patrizia Reggiani, Maurizio's ex-wife who was tried and convicted of plotting his assassination in 1995, according to Deadline. She was behind bars for 18 years before being released in 2016.

Word of Gaga's casting was first reported in November 2019, but in April 2020, news broke that MGM bought rights to the drama, which is set to premiere on Thanksgiving this year. Ridley Scott (Alien, Blade Runner, Thelma & Louise) will helm the film and produce with wife Giannina Scott. Roberto Bentivegna will pen the screenplay based on Sara Gay Forden's book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed.

When Lady Gaga shared a photo from the set of House of Gucci featuring her and Adam Driver, the Internet, understandably, went wild. From his cable-knit sweater to her jewelry-heavy, '80s-inspired look, the details were perfect, and buzz for the film immediately skyrocketed.

Reactions to the photo were also on point.

The cast includes further Hollywood heavyweights.

As if Gaga and Driver weren't enough of a draw, House of Gucci features some big-name stars including Al Pacino, Jared Leto, and Jeremy Irons. Jack Huston, Reeve Carney, Camille Cottin, Eva Moore, Youssef Kerkour, and Florence Andrews round out the list.

Several paparazzi photos have emerged from the set of House of Gucci, and it's safe to say that viewers will be dazzled with retro fashion and incredible performances.

First, Gaga deserves an Oscar jusr for wearing this vintage red ski suit.

There was this sleek, all-black look, too, which Gaga wore to drive a vintage sports car.

And there was the time that Gaga fed Driver in the street, while managing to look effortlessly chic in a polka-dot dress.

Both Driver and Gaga suited up in trench coats for this scene.

Gaga donned a peak '80s bouffant wig for a scene without her costar.

And we even got a behind-the-scenes glimpse of Gaga and Driver filming a scene while wearing the outfits they wore in their viral photo.

Then, Lady Gaga gave us '80s magnificence with huge hair, a smokey eye, and the perfect nude lip — all while wearing a bathrobe.

Another photo shows Gaga in a white lace dress and matching cardigan, shooting in Lake Como.

During another scene that involves Driver and Gaga rowing off the coast of Italy, Gaga wears a floral mini dress while giving him a big kiss.

Gaga also wears a red dress and fur coat in one shot with Al Pacino.

Basically, this is our favorite movie. We don't even need to watch it. We just know.
