Lake-Effect Snow Whites Out Oswego

Lake-effect snow hit Oswego, New York, on Monday, January 10, creating whiteout conditions in the area.

The National Weather Service reported snowfall rates of up to two inches per hour and “reduced visibility of less than a quarter mile” across Oswego County, which borders Lake Ontario.
