He must also spend a year in a residential program and has been served a order banning him from making any contact with Lana for 10 years, according to TMZ.

The man broke into Lana’s home in November. Although she wasn’t there at the time, he was found in her garage by construction workers.

Despite escaping before the police arrived, reports say he left behind his computer, notes of devotion for Lana and a ‘notice to appear’ citation from a burglary.

TMZ report that police used this notice to track him down, which is when they found messages, such as one that read ‘engaged to heaven on Earth with Lana Del Rey’, on his social media.

There was also other evidence that he had been stalking the star on his social media accounts.

He was found by cops and, according to TMZ, admitted to becoming obsessed with Lana ‘while under the influence of hallucinogens’. His family have also reportedly said that he’s bipolar.

Earlier this month, Lana was granted restraining orders against two fans who left her ‘fearing for her life’.
