Two police officers were stabbed in the early hours of September 16 on Wardour Street, close to London's Leicester Square. The video shows large police and ambulance presence responding to the incident. The officers, who were tackling a knifeman, were treated at the hospital after receiving stab wounds. One has reported serious injuries. In a statement, the Met Police said: "Taser was deployed and a male was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and assaulting an emergency worker". The incident is not being treated as terror-related. The mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, tweeted: "This attack on serving police officers in Soho overnight is utterly appalling. These brave officers were doing their duty and assisting the public at this momentous time for our country".
