Yahoo News Last Jedi teases Finn at war and Rey asks Luke for help
Another Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer has dropped, and this one shows Finn on a mission and Rey getting advice from Luke Skywalker, who's holding his lightsaber from the original trilogy.
Which is all pretty exciting.
The 40-second clip packs a lot into its short runtime, first revealing Finn (John Boyega) being reunited with Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), who tells him that he 'must have a thousand questions.'
However, there's only one on Finn's mind.
"Where's Rey?"
It turns out she's with Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), and she's asking him for assistance.
"Something inside of me is awake," she says. "I need help."
During the scene, we get to see a bit more of Luke's metallic hand (he lost his actual hand during the Empire Strikes Back while duelling with Darth Vader on Cloud City, Bespin).
We then see Rey (Daisy Ridley) pass Luke back his original Lightsaber.
Of course, we've already seen Luke wield the Lightsaber in a The Last Jedi poster, while Luke has also been previously grouped with the Dark collective in another poster...but does this image mean he's really on the good side after all?
Well, it certainly seems that way, as Rey gets some serious training on how to wield that very same saber later in the clip (so, we're hoping Luke is her Obi).
The trailer also shows Finn going to war with someone in a silver-clad Stormtrooper outfit, and Poe gearing up for more fighter-pilot action.
Jeez.
That two-and-a-half-hour runtime is starting to make a lot more sense, as the movie seems chockful of action.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi is in theatres on December 14 in the UK and December 15 in the US.
