Latest food hygiene ratings given out to Nottingham pubs, restaurants and cafes
A total of 33 businesses have received food hygiene ratings in Nottingham in August, including popular chain restaurants, gallery cafés, and takeaways. The ratings are handed out by Nottingham City Council upon inspection from an environmental health officer.
The rating tells customers how closely the businesses are meeting the requirements of food hygiene law and can be displayed in the window of the business. Ratings are on a scale from zero - 'urgent improvement necessary' - to five - 'very good'.
In August, a total of 33 businesses were inspected across the city, with one of them scoring a 3/5 rating ('generally satisfactory'). Below are all the ratings split into categories.
