Laura Whitmore only confirmed the birth of her baby girl last week, but she isn't resting on her laurels as she's heading right back down to the studio to squeeze out some Celebrity Juice.

The long-running ITV2 comedy panel show is coming back for a new series this Thursday (April 8), with some episodes filmed before she gave birth to her first child with her husband Iain Stirling.

And it doesn't look she'll be vanishing from her team captain seat halfway through the series either, as her co-stars Keith Lemon and Emily Atack confirmed in a chat with Metro.

"I spoke to her via text, she seems all good," Keith said, before asking Emily: "She's back this week, isn't she?"

"I think so, I think she is," Emily replied. "I think she insisted she gets back to work, which is amazing. Incredible. She is a soldier, she’s amazing."

The pair also said that Laura would be bringing her baby to the set, which they found very exciting indeed.

It was recently confirmed that the trio will be joined by Maya Jama, who will be a regular panellist on this series.

Laura herself has been teasing the latest series of Juice, sharing a clip from an upcoming episode on Instagram earlier this week which features her putting her entire first in her mouth. Check that out below:

Both Laura and Iain are set to return for the summer series of Love Island later this year.

But fans hoping for the return of the winter version might be disappointed, as ITV has confirmed that it's not looking at a winter series for 2022 right now.

Celebrity Juice airs on Thursday nights on ITV2.
