Lava Lights Up Night Sky During Etna's Latest Eruption

Lava burst spectacularly into the night sky over Sicily, Italy, as Mount Etna erupted during the early hours of July 2.

The lava glowed a brilliant fiery orange as Etna erupted into the dark sky above.
