Lava Streams Down La Palma Volcano

Firefighters on the volcano-hit Spanish island of La Palma who were working to redirect the flow of lava to minimize damage to roads and property said on September 22 that they were seeing “positive results.”

Nearly 200 buildings had been destroyed by the lava oozing from the Cumbre Vieja Range, Telecinco reported.
