'Leaf Me Alone': Rescued Koala Happily Munches on Eucalyptus Leaves

You can try, but it’ll be hard to find any animal that looks quite as content as this koala as it wolfed down eucalyptus leaves at an animal sanctuary in Port Stephens, New South Wales.

Port Stephens Koalas captured this video in which the koala can’t seem to chow down fast enough.

“We all know a big fella that needs help slowing down when there’s snacks around,” the sanctuary captioned their Facebook post from June 5.

Based in a region of New South Wales, north of Sydney, Port Stephens Koalas provides a wildlife shelter for marsupials in need.
