Legendary DJ Armand Van Helden to play Chelmsford City Racecourse along with Justin Timberlake and Olly Murs

A legendary DJ and music producer has joined the line up for a huge summer of music at an Essex racecourse. Chart-topping Armand Van Helden will be performing at Chelmsford City Racecourse on August 30, 2025.

Known for his "electrifying" performances, Armand Van Helden is set to bring his signature sound and energy to Chelmsford, headlining the final night of a new Summer Sessions series. Summer Sessions are a new initiative from Chelmsford City Racecourse, adding live music from DJs to seven summer fixtures after racing concludes.

Cross the DJ will have a residency for the first six summer sessions before Armand Van Helden headlines the concert stage at the seventh and final Summer Session raceday. Other names to come to the racecourse next year include singers Justin Timberlake and Olly Murs.
