Leona Lewis announces she is expecting first child with husband with baby bump photo

Leona Lewis has revealed she is expecting her first child with husband Dennis Jauch.

The former X Factor winner announced her pregnancy on Instagram by sharing a photo of her wearing a black bodycon dress that showed off her baby bump.

The 36-year-old singer captioned the post: "Can't wait to meet you in the Summer."

The Bleeding Love singer's post was inundated with messages from friends and famous faces congratulating her on the happy news.

Singer Jordin Sparks said: "OMG CONGRATULATIONS!!!"

Actress Vanessa Williams added: "Yay!!!!"

Leona and Mr Jauch got married in July 2019 at Sting's estate in Tuscany, Italy.

Their ceremony took place in front of 180 friends and family members, including Sugababes singer Keisha Buchanan and The Voice winner Jermain Jackman, who also sang at the ceremony.

Mr Jauch, who is a German-born creative director, also shared the photo to his Instagram.

He wrote: "Biggest gift I could've asked for coming this Summer. You're one hot a** Mama leonalewis."

The couple have been together since 2010.

Leona found fame back in 2006 after winning the third series of The X Factor, when she scooped a a £1 million recording contract with Syco Music.

Last December, she marked the 15th anniversary of her victory in another social post by saying that it "all feels like yesterday".

She wrote: "I look at this girl on stage and can't believe it's been 15 years. It all feels like yesterday.
