Lewis Pugh, endurance swimmer and UN patron of the oceans, is about to embark on his greatest ever challenge, swimming 10km across the Ilulissat Icefjord in Greenland. He is doing so ahead of this year's Cop26 climate conference in Glasgow, which he says is the most important in history.
