A snappy Liam Gallagher has hit back at what he says are not "real fans" after criticism over his latest vocal performance ahead of the Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois bout. The Oasis front-man performed at Wembley Stadium in London yesterday.

But the 52-year-old, who performed on his birthday, was subjected to a barrage of criticism over his vocals and didn't take it well. Plenty of fans took to X to say they no longer wanted their tickets for the highly anticipated Oasis comeback tour next year with Gallagher accusing them of being "imposters".

Commenting, fans said it was "sh**ty singer vibes" and they were "blown away with how terrible that performance was". Some fans said it softened the blow of not managing to nab tickets to the tour in the first place. But an unhappy Liam Gallagher hit back with a foul-mouthed rant saying he was giving off "angelic tones".

Taking to X this afternoon, Gallagher said: "To all those SH**C**TS who were crying about my ANGELIC TONES last night you ain’t real fans your just IMPOSTERS and if you do have tickets you wanna get rid off I’ll gladly take them off your hands we don’t want the likes of you at our concerts nxt year any way LF**KING [sic]."

The Manchester-born singer performed ahead of the fight between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois on September 21. He performed a few Oasis tracks and some fans were disappointed Noel didn't make a surprise appearance. Here's some of the reaction to his performance:

"For the pay day you're going to get, a vocal coach would probably be the least you could invest in to prepare for next year."

"Hopeless last night - sounded like a s**t tribute effort!" Another said: "Stop crying your heart out."

"I didn't try for tickets cos I knew you would be bad, last night just confirmed it for me. Shouted your way through it, I remember when you used to be able to sing."

In true Liam style, he replied to some of those comments with remarks like “F**K THEM SPUNKBUBBLES" and "what do they think this is a f**king pop concert soft c**ts can’t handle the punk rock vibes" as he furiously defended his efforts.
