That Oasis reunion may not have happened yet, but it came (sort of) a step closer this weekend at Glastonbury Festival as both Noel and Liam Gallagher were in attendance.

At separate times, both brothers appeared at the festival this weekend and each performed their iconic song 'Don't Look Back in Anger', giving us all the feels in the process.

Noel was not actually booked to perform at the festival. However, he was there to introduce a special screening of an Oasis documentary, and began to lead an impromptu sing along of the chart-topper.

Earlier today (June 24) Liam Gallagher gave a rare a capella outing to the track during his solo set on the Other Stage as the crowds sang along – though unfortunately, there was no Noel to join him.

Noel was said to have donated proceeds of 'Don't Look Back in Anger' to the victims of the Manchester arena bombing, the song becoming an anthem for the people of Manchester in the wake of the attack.

Liam had recently hit out at his brother for not singing the track with him at the One Love Manchester fundraising concert a few weeks ago.

"Manchester, I'd like to apologise for my brother's absence last night, very disappointed, stay beautiful stay safe," Liam wrote on Twitter.

"Noel's out of the f**king country, weren't we all love," he added. "Get on a f**king plane and play your tunes for the kids, you sad f**k."

Prior to One Love Manchester, Noel's rep said: "Sadly, Noel will not be at the concert this weekend. He's been out of the country on a longstanding family trip since before the concert was announced and is unable to attend.

"Needless to say, he is very supportive of the event and wishes everyone huge success on the day."

Glastonbury Festival continues tonight with a headline set by Foo Fighters, followed by Ed Sheeran tomorrow night (June 25).
