Liam Payne and Cheryl share panic over nappy rush

Liam Payne has shared his panic over the number of nappy changes he and Cheryl have faced since the birth of their son.

The 23-year-old pop star left a message for his fans on Twitter, just three days after the couple welcomed a baby boy .

"Thank you to everyone for the love and supportive messages for myself and Cheryl. It really means a lot," Payne wrote.

The One Direction singer also posted an animated image of a scene from the popular TV show Friends, where David Schwimmer's Ross Geller is seen yelling: "No!, No, no!".

"When the fourth nappy happens in 5 minutes," Payne wrote alongside the image.

Cheryl was the first to post a photo of Payne holding their newborn baby on Saturday, writing: "We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival".

The former X Factor judge and the pop singer have been together for more than a year now, and Payne has said publicly he is "living his teenage dream".

"I'm incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it's a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far," he said on Saturday.

Messages of support have flooded in for the couple, who kept details of the pregnancy private for months and have yet to announce the baby's name.
