The fashion icon, 57, closed this year’s Fendi show on Friday during New York Fashion Week as it marked the 25th anniversary of the Italian fashion house’s iconic Baguette bag.
Days on from her catwalk appearance, the style star shared a slew of behind-the-scenes shots from the show which saw her posing up a storm alongside pal Moss, Kardashian and Fendi designer Kim Jones.
Writing alongside the 10-picture post, which saw her from fitting to show, she penned: “Fendi BTS”.
Her photos were met with much delight with followers and friends celebrating her rightful return to the runway.
Kim Jones penned: “Amazing love and thanks to you lovely Linda”.
“A special moment! Beautiful!!!” commented Amber Valletta. Model Shalom Harlow added: “You regal queen you”.
Actress Debi Mazar shared: “Go Linda!! F***ing fantastic ! You’re brave and gorg!!”
Fellow supermodel Cindy Crawford wrote: “So good!”
The Canadian supermodel has avoided the spotlight for more than five years after she claimed in September that she had been left “permanently deformed” from a cosmetic procedure called CoolSculpting.
CoolSculpting is the brand name for cryolipolysis, a popular fat freezing procedure, which cools the fat so that frozen, dead fat cells can be excreted out of the body through the liver.
She said the treatment had resulted in paradoxical adipose hyperplasia, where the fatty tissue on her body increased in size rather than shrank.
Evangelista has since settled a lawsuit in New York against Zeltiq Aesthetics, CoolSculpting’s parent company.
Last month, she appeared on the cover of British Vogue and stressed that make-up artist Pat McGrath had used tape and elastics to draw back her face, jaw and neck.
She said: “That’s not my jaw and neck in real life - and I can’t walk around with tape and elastics everywhere.
“You know what, I’m trying to love myself as I am, but for the photos. Look, for photos I always think we’re here to create fantasies. We’re creating dreams. I think it’s allowed.
“Also, all my insecurities are taken care of in these pictures, so I got to do what I love to do.”
