Loose Women panellist Linda Robson has put rumours to rest about her alleged falling out with Birds Of A Feather co-star Pauline Quirke.

Fans of the iconic 90s sitcom first started suspecting the two weren't on good terms any more when Pauline did not take part in the show's 30th-anniversary show in 2019 or the 2020 Christmas special for ITV.

Linda sparked even more uproar earlier this year when she shared to her Instagram a series of pictures celebrating "a few (but not all) of my favourite gals" for Galentine's Day.

Fans spotted that she posted a picture with her other Birds Of A Feather co-star Lesley Joseph but failed to give the same treatment to Pauline.

Speaking to The Sun, Linda denied these rumours saying: "Take no notice of what you've heard about me and Pauline falling out. It's a load of old codswallop.

"Pauline just chose not to do Birds Of A Feather. She wants to concentrate on her acting academy, that’s that."

In the Christmas special, Pauline's character Sharon Theodopolopodous was scripted as being stuck on a cruise due to COVID-19.

Besides playing sisters on-screen, Pauline and Linda have a long history: "We’ve known each other since we were 10. We are friends.

"Will Pauline return to the show? I don’t know," confessed Linda.

Birds Of A Feather revival series 1-3 are available to stream on BritBox and Amazon Prime Video.
