Line of Duty makers' new show cancelled after 1 season
Channel 4 show The Gathering has been cancelled after only one season.
Radio Times has confirmed that the drama, which premiered in May, will not be coming back for a second round.
The Gathering came from World Productions, which is the company behind BBC hit Line of Duty, as well as Sky Atlantic drama Save Me.

The six-episode series, which was written by author Helen Walsh, centred on the demanding and sometimes dangerous world of elite sports.
Newcomer Eva Morgan played working-class Liverpudlian student Kelly who was brutally attacked at a rave on a tidal islet.
Saltburn actress Sadie Soverall starred as Kelly's gymnastics teammate Jessica, while Boiling Point's Vinette Robinson and Luther's Warren Brown were Kelly's mother and father.
While the series received positive reviews, it didn't fair well in live viewership, with Broadcast reporting that viewership was just 590,000 for the show's second episode.
Speaking to The Sun, the show's executive producer Simon Heath explained: "The series performed very well for Channel 4 but there are new people in charge and new priorities, meaning The Gathering won’t be coming back."

A Channel 4 spokeswoman told Deadline about the cancellation: "We’re very proud of The Gathering and everything it has achieved.
"The series championed regional voices both on and off screen and was widely praised for its authentic representation of Liverpool and Merseyside.
"Every year Channel 4, like all broadcasters, must make decisions about which shows to rest, return or conclude to ensure we always innovate and offer viewers the best range of programming," they continued.
"We’d like to thank writer and creator Helen Walsh, World Productions, the wonderful cast and all those involved in the show’s success. We look forward to working with them again on future projects."
The Gathering aired on Channel 4.
