List of road closures as final stage of Norton High Street improvements take place
Road resurfacing works will take place over the next month as part of the final phase of the Norton High Street improvement scheme.
The last leg of the refurb, which includes improvements to traffic flow and pedestrianised areas, will see a series of road closures in place. Stockton Council has said the works will create more flexible spaces and provide more opportunities for leisure activities, pop-up markets, and outdoor seating.
The improvements will also create six additional car or taxi spaces on the High Street.
