A little donkey looked perfectly content as her caretaker sang to her at a sanctuary in Marengo, Ohio, recently shared footage shows.

In the sweet video, posted by donkey sanctuary owner Dawn Fagan, the little animal can be seen sitting on Dawn’s husband’s knees while he sings her a lullaby.

Fagan uploaded the footage to Instagram with the caption: “Baby Ivy loving her daddy’s singing.”

Dawn and Dean Fagan run the donkey sanctuary on a 67-acre farm they call Jackass Junction.

The husband and wife first rescued a donkey called Mister Donker Donks, and now use the name as inspiration for the sanctuary’s Instagram account.

They care for several mini-donkeys, sharing updates on the animals alongside viral videos of them via Instagram, TikTok and other social media accounts. Credit: @mrdonkers via Storyful
