Little Mix had to perform without Perrie yesterday

It doesn't matter what job you work in, it's always a bummer when someone calls in sick, but you've just got to crack on with it.

That's what Little Mix had to do yesterday (September 23) at the iHeartRadio music festival when group member Perrie Edwards was too ill to perform.

The trio of Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall explained that Perrie was resting, and so performed the show as a three-piece – and from the pictures and videos we've seen, their choreography was still as on point as ever.

Fans did notice that there were technical issues with the girls' microphones too, which must have been an extra pain in the bum, but fair play to the girls for not pulling out:
