Liverpool injuries compared with Arsenal and Man City as Premier League rivals set to face off
Liverpool are looking to ensure there is no hangover from Jurgen Klopp's departure. New head coach Arne Slot has enjoyed a strong start, despite their recent Premier League defeat at home to Nottingham Forest.
The Reds returned to the Champions League after finishing third in the top-flight, last season, and got off to a winning start in the new-look tournament with a 3-1 win away at AC Milan. Premier League rivals, Manchester City and Arsenal didn't have such success as they were forced to settle for a draw against Inter and Atalanta, respectively.
Alisson Becker failed to shrug off the hamstring injury that made him a doubt for the visit of Bournemouth on Saturday but he is among the only two absentees from the Reds squad. Midfielder Harvey Elliott is the other after being ruled out for several weeks with a fractured foot.
