Liverpool's best student accommodations named

Liverpool’s best student accommodations have been named. StudentCrowd has revealed its top places for those coming to the city to study and to call home.

The review platform, designed to help students make the best decisions about their education, said three properties came out on top this year in Liverpool, according to the Student Voice Awards.

StudentCrowd said it was easy to see why over 60,000 students live in Liverpool and study at one of the four universities. The city is renowned for its “amazing nightlight,” attracting visitors from around the country and being a cultural hub for music, art and history.

StudentCrowd analysed just under 50,000 accommodation reviews to select the 'Best Property' in qualifying cities, with two runners-up. The awards recognise the properties which tick all the boxes for students across seven categories including value for money, location, management, cleaning, social spaces, social experience and internet and WIFI.

Below, in order, are Liverpool’s best student accommodations, reportedly.

1st: Limelight, managed by Prestige Student Living

Limelight student accommodation is just a stone's throw from the city centre and close to major universities, clubs, shops, and bars. It is packed full of things to do, including Fight Club-style darts, a karaoke space, a cinema room, a gym, and numerous outdoor green spaces. Students love the home-from-home feel, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

2nd: Benson Yard, managed by Fresh

These stylish homes in the heart of Liverpool are surrounded by an array of shops, restaurants, and bars. Just a five-minute walk to two universities and close to the train station, Benson Yard is in the ideal location for students. Reviews praised the many facilities and amenities, including the dance studio, responsive staff, and well-maintained rooms.

Fifteen minutes away from the University of Liverpool sits Calico, which features modern en-suite rooms and studios, a sky lounge, gym, cinema room, and residents' events. Students love the clean, spacious rooms, great location, and friendly and attentive staff.
