Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has sparked anger after accusing Israel of committing "50 Holocausts" - with Germany's leader saying he's "disgusted" by the remark. The governing Conservative Party is voting by postal ballot to choose a new party leader after Boris Johnson said he would step down following a series of scandals.
