London Underground passengers warned of travel chaos as 2 lines part closed for rest of day
If you are on the move today (Sunday, January 19), chances are you will experience some disruption to your journey. Several London Underground lines as well as the Elizabeth line and Overground network are currently partially or totally closed due to track works.
Others are also experiencing delays. Here is a full list of all the disruptions underway this afternoon. The Jubilee is part closed between Green Park and Stratford. Replacement bus service JL3 operates between North Greenwich and Canning Town, and JL4 operates between North Greenwich and Stratford.
There's no service on the Piccadilly Line between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge due a shortage of trains while damage caused by leaf fall is being fixed. Passengers are asked to use the Metropolitan line to complete their journey.

A number of Overground lines are affected too, including the Mildmay Line which part closed between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction, and between Gospel Oak and Stratford. Replacement bus service S operates between Hampstead Heath and Stratford via Gospel Oak (Southampton Road / Agincourt Road), Kentish Town West, Camden Road, Holloway Road (for London Underground ), Highbury & Islington (for Caledonian Road & Barnsbury), Canonbury, Dalston Junction (for Dalston Kingsland), Hackney Central, Homerton and Hackney Wick.
The Windrush Line is part suspended between Sydenham and Crystal Palace. Passengers are asked to use London Buses connections between Anerley and Crystal Palace.
Note that the Waterloo & City Line still does not operate at weekends. The Metropolitan Line is, at the time of writing, facing minor delays between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Watford/Chesham/Amersham due to an earlier fire alert at Harrow-on-the-Hill.
