London weather forecast hour by hour as rain gives way to 20C sunshine
Londoners will be hoping for good weather over this coming bank holiday weekend, with key events like Notting Hill Carnival and All Points East taking place. And while today (Saturday) has definitely had a drearier start, with showers predicted until 2pm this afternoon, there is still some hope for the bank holiday weekend, with sunshine due to creep back in tomorrow.
Today will start 'wet and windy with persistent rain', that may occasionally turn heavy, according to the Met Office. Into the early afternoon, the rain should start to clear, but this will be followed by some 'blustery showers'.

The evening will see the bad weather start to ease, with rain and winds clearing. Things will start to look a little better from tomorrow, with a 'dry and bright morning'.
Cloud and wind will start to come in during the afternoon, but temperatures will stay at a reasonable 18C until 7pm, which will be welcome news for any of the Carnival-goers.
