A tiny “studio flat” listed for rent in north London has been slammed online as a “cupboard with plumbing”.
The Kilburn property costs £520 per month despite essentially being one miniscule room.
With almost no living space, the room includes what appears to be a collapsible bed next to an ageing fridge and two-hob cooker.
Just behind the bed lies a toilet and shower with what seems to be just a folding partition for privacy.
A listing on property website Rightmove describes its key features as being fully furnished, with “high ceilings” and “bright neutral décor throughout”.
In the ad it is described as a “self-contained studio flat” with an open-plan kitchen.
However, the advert warns: “This room is tiny and has limited space for living.
“Good for wash cook and go.”
One estate agent tweeted a link to the advert, describing the property as “a cupboard with a window & plumbing”.
The Standard has approached Rightmove for a comment.
